Collect with your own truck
Nominate your truck and driver on the order. We release the truck once payment is confirmed and its EPRA licence is valid on the loading day.

Each order's progress, documents and payments sit in your dashboard, from proforma to delivery note.

Open an account
Register with your KRA PIN. Resellers add their EPRA licence; businesses buying for their own use declare it. We approve within one business day.
- 02
Order
Pick product, depot, volume and date. Order for today, or up to 30 days ahead at a locked price.
- 03
Pay
Accept the proforma and pay by M-Pesa, which confirms instantly, or by bank transfer, which our finance team confirms.
- 04
Load
The truck loads at your chosen depot. You pay for the litres actually loaded, never above the EPRA cap.
- 05
Track & invoice
Follow the delivery on the map. Your invoice is signed through KRA eTIMS and can be downloaded with its QR code.

Recurring orders
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Each order is created 3 days ahead and quoted automatically. Pause it at any time.
Lock today's price
Order up to 30 days ahead and keep today's price. If EPRA's cap falls below it by loading day, you pay the cap.
Reschedule
Move the loading date or depot yourself before the truck is released.
M-Pesa checkout
Pay with an STK push to your phone. Payment is matched to your order automatically.
eTIMS invoices
Every invoice carries its KRA control-unit number and QR code, ready for your input VAT and audit.
