1. Who may buy

We sell only to businesses holding a valid Energy & Petroleum Regulatory Authority licence that covers the product ordered. We verify your KRA PIN and EPRA licence before your account is approved, and before every order. We may suspend an account if its licence expires or its details can't be verified.

2. Orders, quotes and prices

An order is a request. It becomes binding when you accept our proforma invoice. Quotes are valid for 24 hours unless stated otherwise. Our prices never exceed the maximum prices published by EPRA. Orders are 5,000–60,000 litres per truck.

3. Locked (forward) prices

You may ask us to lock a price for loading up to 30 days ahead. The lock is secured when the proforma is accepted and paid in full within 48 hours. If EPRA's maximum price on the loading date is lower than your locked price, you are charged the lower maximum and the difference is credited to you.

4. Payment

Orders are prepaid unless we have agreed credit terms with you in writing. Payment is by M-Pesa or bank transfer quoting your order number. We release fuel only after the payment has cleared.

5. Collection and delivery

If you collect, the depot releases fuel only to the truck and driver you nominate. The driver must show their national ID and our delivery note. Title and risk pass to you when loading ends. If we deliver, title and risk pass on discharge at your site, and our delivery fee is shown on the proforma.

6. Quantity

You are invoiced for the volume recorded by the depot meter at loading. If this is below what you paid for, the difference is credited to you or refunded on request.

7. Rescheduling, recurring orders and cancellation

You may move the loading date until loading is authorised. Changing depot or volume requires a new quote. Recurring orders create a new order before each loading date, each quoted at that day's price, and can be paused at any time. Paid orders cancelled at your request may be subject to costs we have incurred.

8. Compliance

You agree not to resell product in breach of EPRA regulations, and not to sell export-designated product locally. Product meets the applicable Kenya Standards at the point of loading.
